Welcome to the Everwell journal
A small introduction to this space, why it exists, and what you can expect to find here.

I have wanted a place like this for a while. Somewhere a little slower than a social feed, where I can think out loud about the things that come up in the therapy room and in my own life. This is that place.
Why write at all
So much of therapy happens in a single hour, once a week. The rest of the time, you are out living your life, and the ideas we talked about have to travel with you. My hope is that a few of these notes can ride along too. Something to return to on a hard Tuesday.
I am not aiming for polish. I am aiming for honest and useful.
What you can expect
A handful of recurring threads, written when they feel ready rather than on a schedule:
- Small, practical tools for the moments that feel like too much
- Gentle reframes for the stories we tell ourselves
- Notes on rest, boundaries, and the seasons we all move through
Healing is rarely loud. More often it looks like one slightly kinder choice, repeated.
A note before you go
Nothing here is a substitute for working with someone directly. If you are struggling, please reach out, whether to me or to someone you trust. You do not have to carry it alone.
Thank you for being here. I am glad you came.
